Glenrosa is a place where clean, authentic Sonoran food is shared with friends and family, and great memories are created and reflected on. Our menu was designed by Sonora, Mexico native and James Beard-nominated Chef Samantha Sanz, and is executed by Chef Victor Davila. The space we occupy embodies Arizona’s rich agricultural history, with a fusion of influences representative of a deep appreciation for the Southwest.

Chef Victor Davila, an Arizona native, brings a rich culinary heritage and a passion for bold, ingredient-driven cuisine to Glenrosa. With over 12 years of experience specializing in Hispanic and Mediterranean flavors, Victor has honed his skills in some of the most renowned kitchens in Arizona and Mexico.
At Glenrosa, Victor merges his deep-rooted Sonoran influences with live-fire cooking, creating a menu that is bold, fresh, and inspired by the desert’s natural bounty.
