A food and beverage minimum contributes to any food and beverage spend during your event. If the minimum is not met, the remainder will be realized as a room charge. Minimums vary based on the day of the week, time of year, space requested, and party size.

We charge a 22% service charge for all private events; this pays for associated operating costs. This is separate from gratuity, which is what you decide to leave the team who executes your event. Gratuity is completely determined by you.

Please submit food and beverage options to your Special Event Coordinator 30 days prior to your scheduled event date. All estimated charges due will be collected at this time.

Please share your final guest count 7 calendar days prior to your event. If guests are unable to confirm their attendance within this timeframe, we will work from the guest count provided in your agreement. If there are more guests than the agreement states, we will do our best to accommodate.

We understand that life sometimes gets in the way and that you may need to cancel your event. To avoid fees, please cancel your event at least 2 weeks prior to your event. If you cancel your event within 14 – 8 days of your scheduled event date, 50% of your event cost will be due. You will be responsible for paying 100% of the event cost for cancellations within 7 days of your event.

Your patio event will go on, no matter the weather. If the weather is not suitable for outdoor gatherings, we are able to accommodate up to 40 guests at the Glenrosa Bar which has covered seating.

If you are more than 30 minutes late to your event without prior notice, we have the right to release the space. This will be considered a cancellation and fees will apply.

We are all for guests making our space into their own. Candles, centerpieces, table runners, and balloons attached to weights are all excel- lent ways to customize your event space. We just ask that you don’t bring anything that will stay for longer than your event. This includes, but is not limited to, feathers, confetti, adhesives on any surfaces, loose balloons, and glitter.

If you would like to include our logo on your event collateral, please request a brand kit and high-resolution logo from your Special Events Manager. All collateral will need to be approved by our marketing department before it is made public.

Final payment is due 7 days prior to event. This includes all estimated charges such as site fees, food and beverage minimums, drink tickets, and any other contracted charges. Hosted bar tabs require a minimum payment due that is equal to 2 drinks per person at $12++. Any overages can be paid on event day to card on file. Any shortfalls in bar minimums will be charged to the card on file to reach minimum. We do not accept discounted Glenrosa/Grass Clippings gift cards for event payment.
